Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MELLOW, we care about delivering your order with the quality you expect from a hotel-inspired sleep experience.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

To protect the quality and hygiene of our sleep products, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos or a video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for return or exchange delivery charges, unless the error was made by MELLOW.
